NuChallenger is a Black led company featured in Polygon, Paste, LA Times, Gamespot, Black Enterprise and more! Founded in 2012 by Shawn Alexander Allen, fresh out of Rockstar games, NuChallenger was created to fill a space that AAA games could not.

NuChallenger is driven by Shawn’s experience over 2 decades of examining the industry, doing professional consultations and practical experience launching some of the biggest premium games, as well as F2P titles and VR installations for major brands.

Working in a distributed nature, NuChallenger is able to work with the best talent from across the globe. Part of the philosophy of NuChallenger is inspired by the RZA’s book Tao of Wu, which talks about cultivating the novice inside of you, even when you’re an expert. This inspires NuChallenger to tackle unique projects from every angle, including marketing, while working with and uplifting many super talented, but underinvested in developers.
